About Us
Vermont Waterbound Labradors was established in the mid 1990's. We are located in a rural central Vermont setting with 16 acres and a pond. Our puppies are lovingly raised in our home and are socialized every day with people of all ages, and other dogs. Most of our puppies go to people looking for a great companion or family pet, but our dogs are also natural agility, working, and hunting dogs. We breed for a well-balanced Labrador conformation and a temperament that is friendly and human-oriented. Before puppies leave our home, they receive basic training and an introduction to water if the season permits.
We are a small time hobby breeder. Our dogs are part of our family! Policies and PricingThe Vermont Waterbound Labrador Retriever will be sold with a one year limited health guarantee as outlined in Vermont Statute 20 V.S.A. § 4302 and 4303. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to prove that the dog in question is the one purchased. The way to do that is to make sure the dog is micro-chipped and provide the information to us. We are available as a resource if at any time your Labrador Retriever has a crisis or if questions arise.
Puppies will be sold for $2,000 with AKC Limited Registration. A deposit of $250 is required to hold a puppy with the balance due once the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age. Pick order will be set by date of deposit received. Deposits are non-refundable unless the litter doesn't produce enough puppies to meet your pick order. Puppies will be ready to go to their new owners at 7 weeks of age. |
